Entry Fees, Prizes & Consequences

• Each team pays a $150 entry fee (co-managers pay $75 each) to the League Dues Czars, Manan and Andrew, before the draft.
• The $1,800 prize pool splits between the winning team ($900) and a charitable donation to the AFSP in honor of Chris and Tahmeed.
• The team with the worst regular-season record owns a half share of the Biggest Loser Consequence — hosting the in-person draft party.
• The team that loses the Will McKay Toilet Bowl Bracket owns the other half share of the Biggest Loser Consequence.
• One team can own both shares (worst regular-season record and Toilet Bowl loser).

In-Season Roster & Transaction Rules

1. There are 12 teams in the Pegleg Dynasty. Teams may have a single manager or a pair of co-managers.
2. Each roster fields: QB, RB, WR, TE, WR/RB/TE, WR/RB, WR/TE, QB/WR/RB/TE, DEF, 5 bench slots, and 3 IR slots.
3. Players marked "Out" or "COVID-19" may be placed on IR.
4. Teams have a $100 FAAB budget for the season. All waiver bids are due before Wednesdays at 12pm ET; once waivers clear, any player not bid on becomes a free agent until their game that week begins.
5. A dropped player stays on waivers for 1 day so every team can bid. Once cleared, an unbid player can be added as a free agent at no FAAB cost.
6. Trades of players and/or future draft dollars are allowed through the end of Week 11. The Commissioner logs any trade involving future draft dollars. All trades are allowed — there are no trade vetoes.

Playoff Rules

1. The Tamiki Cup playoffs run Weeks 15–17. The Will McKay Biggest Loser Bracket runs Weeks 15–16 only.
2. The top 8 regular-season teams make the Tamiki Cup; the bottom 4 play in the Will McKay Toilet Bowl.
3. The top 3 seeds pick their first-round opponent from seeds 5–8, in order of regular-season finish (1st seed picks first, then 2nd, then 3rd); the 4th seed faces whoever remains.
   • 1st seed must pick by Wednesday of Week 15, 4:00pm.
   • 2nd seed must pick by 5:00pm.
   • 3rd seed must pick by 6:00pm.
4. Only "live" teams may add/drop during the playoffs. Once eliminated from either the Tamiki Cup or the Toilet Bowl, a roster locks and can no longer add or drop players.

Off-Season Roster & Transaction Rules

Each team may keep a maximum of two players from the previous season's final roster. Anything not kept re-enters the draft. There are two kinds of keepers:

Unrestricted Keepers

A player drafted in the previous season's draft, or kept previously by the same manager, can be kept with a tax added on top of last year's draft value:

No player can be kept beyond four years.

Restricted Keepers

A player not drafted in the previous season (no prior draft-dollar value) must go into the auction at the start of the next draft. The manager holding restricted rights may match the highest bid to keep the player, or pass on the player to the new high bidder. That manager does not get to name a replacement keeper mid-draft if they lose the bidding.

Allowed Keeper Combinations

• 2 unrestricted keepers
• 2 restricted keepers
• 1 unrestricted + 1 restricted keeper
• 1 unrestricted keeper only
• 1 restricted keeper only
• 0 keepers

Trading Keeper Rights & Draft Dollars

Teams may freely trade keeper rights and draft dollars in the off-season, with these limits:

• No team may hold more than two keepers (unrestricted and/or restricted) entering the draft.
• No team may enter the draft with more than $225.
• No team may enter the draft with less than $175.
• The Commissioner tracks any trade that involves draft dollars.
